  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on procurement processes, timelines, and documentation requirements.
  • Support sourcing activities for indirect goods and services, including RFPs where applicable.
  • Evaluate contracts and renewals to identify cost-saving opportunities, usage trends, and inefficiencies.
  • Create and manage purchase orders, process vendor requisitions, and follow up on orders.
  • Review, redline, and manage indirect procurement agreements, applying basic contract knowledge to identify commercial and legal risks.
  • Collaborate with Legal and leadership on escalations or non-standard terms.
  • Lead or support commercial negotiations with suppliers, focusing on pricing, service levels, and contract terms.
  • Develop and maintain professional supplier relationships and resolve commercial issues.
  • Maintain centralized contract management system.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements to ensure services meet user needs.
  • Monitor supplier performance and identify cost savings opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1 or more years of relevant work experience, preferably in indirect procurement, purchasing, or a related field.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations across business stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a hybrid, team-oriented environment.
