Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner in Lewistown, Pennsylvania.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient primary care role focused on caring for patients across the lifespan
• Full-scope Family Medicine opportunity with strong support staff and clinical autonomy
• Stable weekday-only outpatient setting designed to support continuity of care and provider balance

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $100,000+ based on experience
• Annual quality and productivity bonus
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Outpatient-only primary care setting
• No call requirement mentioned

ROLE
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages
• Deliver preventative care and chronic disease management
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and documentation
• Collaborate with support staff and interdisciplinary clinical teams
• Support continuity of care and long-term patient outcomes

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Family Nurse Practitioner license REQUIRED

• Team-oriented clinical approach REQUIRED
• New graduates and experienced providers welcome
