Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dentist in Loysville, Pennsylvania.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient General Dentistry role within stable nonprofit healthcare organization
• Bread-and-butter dentistry opportunity with established patient base and full support staff
• Structured weekday schedule designed to support long-term work-life balance
• Community-focused practice emphasizing continuity of care and strong patient relationships

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $165,000 – $180,000
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000
• Relocation assistance available up to $10,000

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Extended Wednesday clinic hours
• No weekends required
• No call responsibilities

ROLE
• Provide comprehensive outpatient general dentistry services
• Deliver preventative and restorative dental care
• Maintain patient-centered treatment planning and documentation
• Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff
• Support continuity of care within community-focused practice environment

ENVIRONMENT

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Dentist license REQUIRED
• Ability to provide comprehensive general dentistry services REQUIRED
• Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
• Comfortable working within collaborative outpatient dental environment REQUIRED
• Community-focused care approach preferred
• Experience with preventative and restorative dentistry preferred
