Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dental Assistant in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Dental Assistant role supporting preventative and general dental procedures
• Structured clinical environment with strong support staff and organized workflow
• Stable weekday-only schedule designed to support work-life balance

COMPENSATION
• Hourly Pay: $20 – $25 per hour

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday schedule
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends required
• No call responsibilities

ROLE
• Assist dentists during preventative and general dental procedures
• Support sealant and fluoride treatment procedures
• Assist with tartar and plaque removal procedures
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records
• Prepare treatment rooms and support efficient clinical workflow

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of Dental Assistant experience REQUIRED
• DANB Radiation Health and Safety (RHS) certification REQUIRED
• Comfortable assisting with preventative dental procedures REQUIRED
• Strong teamwork and communication skills REQUIRED
• Ability to work within organized outpatient clinical setting REQUIRED
• Patient-centered care approach REQUIRED
