Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Greenville, Pennsylvania.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Family Medicine role within mission-driven community healthcare organization
• Comprehensive primary care opportunity focused on relationship-driven patient care
• Structured workflows and collaborative support staff designed to support provider efficiency and quality outcomes
• Stable outpatient environment allowing providers to focus on continuity of care and long-term patient relationships

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $220,000+ based on experience
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000

SCHEDULE
• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Tuesday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Outpatient-only schedule

ROLE
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the lifespan
• Manage preventative care and chronic disease treatment plans
• Deliver patient-centered care within collaborative outpatient setting
• Support continuity of care and long-term patient relationships
• Work alongside interdisciplinary support staff and clinical teams

Requirements

• MD or DO REQUIRED
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
• Active Pennsylvania medical license REQUIRED
• Active DEA license REQUIRED
• Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
• Ability to practice independently within collaborative outpatient setting REQUIRED
