Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Psychiatrist in Latrobe, Pennsylvania.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Psychiatry role focused on evidence-based behavioral healthcare for children
• Stable weekday-only schedule designed to support provider balance and continuity of care
• Mission-driven behavioral health organization emphasizing culturally sensitive psychiatric services
• Collaborative outpatient care environment with full clinical and administrative support staff
• Community-centered practice in one of western Pennsylvania’s most recognized historic towns

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $240,000+ based on experience
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday schedule
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Outpatient-only practice environment

ROLE
• Provide evidence-based psychiatric care within outpatient setting
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage behavioral health conditions in children
• Develop patient-centered psychiatric treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary behavioral health teams
• Support continuity of care and long-term patient outcomes

Requirements

• MD or DO REQUIRED
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry REQUIRED
• Clear and active Pennsylvania medical license REQUIRED
• Active DEA license REQUIRED
• Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care preferred
• Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
• New graduates welcome
