Join us at NRVCS! New River Valley Community Services, one of the largest Community Service Boards in Virginia, works hard to stay on the pulse of innovative, evidence-based practices for providing high quality care to the NRV and we can use your assistance! Our outpatient program is seeking clinicians (LMHP or LMHP-E) to work with adults, children, and adolescents with mental health and/or substance use disorders, as part of our welcoming and supportive clinical team. We offer flexible scheduling, licensure supervision for LPC and LCSW residents and supervisees, and are a National Health Services Corps Loan Repayment site.

***$3,000 Sign on Bonus***

Starting Salary: $50,400-Depending on Experience

Education Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other license-eligible Human Services field required.
  • Virginia Licensure as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist is preferred.
  • At least one year of clinical experience working with individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, developmental and/or intellectual disabilities is preferred.

Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
