Compensation

• Competitive pay plan

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right powersports products for their needs
• Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing options
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Follow up on leads, phone calls, internet inquiries, and showroom traffic
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while delivering outstanding customer service
• Work closely with management and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience

Qualifications

• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
• Passion for powersports and customer service preferred
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
