Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Mental Health Clinician (LCSW or LPC) in Ebensburg, Pennsylvania.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient behavioral health role focused on assessments, diagnoses, and therapy services
• Manageable patient volume averaging approximately 5 patients daily
• Opportunity for hybrid scheduling with remote flexibility available
• Autonomy in clinical approach with full administrative and support staff assistance
• Mission-driven behavioral health environment emphasizing quality patient relationships and provider balance

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $65,000 – $80,000+ based on experience
• Annual quality and productivity bonus
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $50,000

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday schedule
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends required
• No nights required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Option for 1–2 remote workdays weekly

ROLE
• Conduct mental health screenings, assessments, and diagnoses
• Provide outpatient therapy services and ongoing patient treatment
• Manage stable outpatient caseload with focus on continuity of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary behavioral health and support teams
• Maintain patient-centered documentation and treatment planning

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania LCSW or LPC license REQUIRED
• Completion of board-approved supervision pathway REQUIRED if applicable
• Experience providing assessments, diagnoses, and therapy REQUIRED
• Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
• Ability to work independently within outpatient behavioral health setting REQUIRED
• Newly licensed clinicians welcome
