POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Family Medicine role within mission-driven community healthcare organization
• Comprehensive primary care opportunity focused on long-term patient relationships and continuity of care
• Structured outpatient schedule with full clinical support staff provided
• Established workflows allowing providers to focus on quality patient outcomes
• Scenic riverfront community offering strong work-life balance and outdoor recreation access

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $220,000+ based on experience
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday outpatient schedule
• Stable weekday-only primary care environment
• No hospital rotations required

ROLE
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the lifespan
• Manage preventative care and chronic disease treatment plans
• Deliver patient-centered care within collaborative outpatient setting
• Support continuity of care and long-term patient relationships
• Work alongside interdisciplinary support staff and clinical teams

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
