Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Erie, Pennsylvania.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Family Medicine role within mission-driven community healthcare organization
• Comprehensive primary care opportunity focused on long-term patient relationships and continuity of care
• Structured weekday schedule with collaborative clinical support staff
• Established outpatient workflows allowing providers to focus on quality patient outcomes

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $220,000+ based on experience
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday outpatient schedule
• Early Friday finish
• Stable weekday-only primary care environment

ROLE
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the lifespan
• Manage preventative care and chronic disease treatment plans
• Deliver patient-centered care within collaborative outpatient setting
• Support continuity of care and long-term patient relationships
• Work alongside interdisciplinary support staff and clinical teams

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
• Active Pennsylvania medical license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
• Outpatient primary care experience preferred
• Team-based and community-focused clinical approach REQUIRED
• New graduates welcome
