Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech and language skills.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance communication skills.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
  • Monitor and document client progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding speech and language development.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development.
  • Stay updated on best practices and advancements in speech-language pathology.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including children and adults.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Passion for helping others and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation practices.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work setting. Caseloads that feature in school, in clinic and in home cases.
