About the Role:
We’re a family-owned and operated independent insurance agency, proudly serving clients since 1970. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a licensed Insurance Representative who is passionate about delivering excellent service and building strong, long-term client relationships.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping clients navigate their coverage, working across multiple carriers, and being a trusted resource for their insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Support existing clients by reviewing coverage, answering questions, and making policy updates
Assist with quoting and adjusting policies to ensure clients have the right coverage at the best value
Handle inbound inquiries and provide prompt, accurate service
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and support
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and positive client experience
Identify opportunities to round out coverage when appropriate (no commission-based sales expectations)

Qualifications:

Active Property & Casualty license required
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable working with multiple systems and carriers
