Description
About Recovia
Recovia is a multidisciplinary organization focused on providing whole-person care for behavioral health, chronic pain and substance use through a biopsychosocial approach. Our teams work collaboratively across medical, behavioral health, and physical therapy to help patients build sustainable recovery and improve quality of life.
We are looking for compassionate, motivated medical providers who want to make a meaningful impact in patients’ lives.
Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (FNP or ANP) or Physician Assistant to join our Phoenix-area medical team. This is a fully in-office position, Monday through Friday.
No weekends. No call. No overnight responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is confident, adaptable, team-oriented, and passionate about caring for underserved populations. Experience in addiction medicine, psychiatry, pain management, primary care, emergency medicine, or behavioral health is helpful but not required. New graduates are welcome and mentorship is available.
This role offers a unique balance of autonomy and collaboration. Providers are supported by an enthusiastic multidisciplinary team while still having the independence to practice medicine, build patient relationships, and help shape treatment plans.
