Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient LPN role supporting providers in organized clinical environment
• Opportunity to provide patient-centered care across all age groups
• Stable weekday-only schedule with no weekends or call
• Collaborative care team with strong support staff structure
• Mission-focused outpatient healthcare environment prioritizing quality outcomes

COMPENSATION
• Hourly Pay: $27 – $30 per hour
• Stable full-time outpatient opportunity

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday schedule
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends required
• No call responsibilities

ROLE
• Support providers within outpatient clinical setting
• Deliver patient-centered nursing care for patients across the lifespan
• Assist with clinical workflows and patient coordination
• Maintain organized documentation and clinical support functions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary outpatient care team

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse license REQUIRED
• Outpatient clinical experience preferred
• Ability to work with patients across all age groups REQUIRED
• Strong teamwork and communication skills REQUIRED
• Organized and patient-focused clinical approach REQUIRED
