Key Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating travel arrangements including accommodations, transportation, cruises, and activities
• Research available options using approved supplier and booking platforms
• Provide timely updates regarding reservations, confirmations, and itinerary progress
• Respond to client questions through email, phone, and online communication systems
• Help manage itinerary changes, follow-up requests, and service-related concerns
• Maintain organized and accurate records within internal systems
• Participate in onboarding, virtual trainings, and continued learning opportunities
