Integrity Home Exteriors is looking for a Lawn care & Enhancement Technician who is dependable, hardworking, and willing to jump in wherever needed.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, working with a team, and taking ownership of maintaining beautiful properties through lawn care and landscape enhancement projects.

• Perform lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks on residential and commercial properties
  
• Operate small landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently
  
• Assist with mulching, pruning, trimming shrubs and bushes, and general landscape cleanup
  
• Help with tree and flower planting projects
  
• Perform turf repairs and enhancement work
  
• Use weed whips, backpack blowers, and other landscaping equipment
  
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment
  
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
  
• Work alongside both the lawn care and enhancement crews as needed
  
• Represent the company professionally with customers and team members
  

• Take pride in hard work and doing quality work the right way
  
• Be dependable and show up ready to work each day
  
• Enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Hold a valid driver’s license
  
• Have reliable transportation
  
• Able to pass a background check
  
• Able to lift 80 lbs
  

Preferred Experience:

• Zero-turn or stander mower experience
  
• Experience operating equipment such as dingos, power buggies, or skid steers
  
• Landscape enhancement or hardscape experience
