Lumina Agency is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Event Setup Staff. In this role, you will assist in preparing and organizing event spaces, ensuring every setup is completed efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities

  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of event equipment, displays, tables, signage, and décor
  • Organize and prepare event spaces according to event plans and client expectations
  • Load, unload, and arrange materials and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout event preparation and execution
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timelines and setup standards are met
  • Perform quality checks to ensure event areas are presentation-ready
  • Support event operations and provide assistance as needed during live events
