Scranton GMC Cadillac is looking for a full time individual to greet our clients and provide operational support to our sales department operations.  This candidate should be well organized, personable, responsible, and neat in appearance wearing traditional business casual attire.  You will be responsible for the first impression of clients and vendors alike entering our dealership and must be ready to provide them with fast and courteous assistance.  Additionally, you will be responsible for answering the incoming calls and other duties assigned.  Those duties could be anything to support the sales department or greater dealership in capacities to include but not limited to clerical, organizational, stocking, or assisting in nature.

This is a full time position with hours from 8:30-5:00 Monday through Friday with one half hour lunch break.   

Experience with phone systems, customer service, and Microsoft office products are a must.  

Candidates must also posses a valid drivers license and the successful passing of a background check will be required.
