We are seeking experienced and dependable Concrete Workers to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist with a variety of concrete construction tasks, including forming, pouring, finishing, reinforcing, and general site labor while ensuring all work is completed safely and according to project specifications.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with concrete placement, pouring, and finishing operations.
  • Build, set, and strip concrete forms.
  • Tie rebar and assist with reinforcement installation.
  • Set anchor bolts and embedded items as directed.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling.
  • Work closely with crew members and supervisors to meet project schedules.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements:
  • Willing and able to travel to various job sites; current projects are located in VA, MD, DC, and WV.
  • Previous experience in concrete construction preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings and directions.
  • Strong knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions.
  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to work as part of a team.
  • U.S. Citizenship required for security clearance and compliance purposes.
