Role Overview


As a Key Holder, you support store leadership in daily operations and act as manager-on-duty when needed. You are responsible for opening and closing the store, supporting the team during high-volume periods, and ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.

What You’ll Do


 • Deliver a strong guest experience through product knowledge and customization support
 • Greet and engage every guest, introducing the brand and product offering
 • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach
 • Process transactions, returns, exchanges, and gift cards through POS systems
 • Support daily store operations, including merchandising, restocking, and organization
 • Maintain visual standards and ensure the store is clean and well-presented
 • Drive sales by actively engaging on the floor and utilizing selling techniques
 • Support clienteling efforts to build and maintain guest relationships
 • Assist with inventory tasks, including receiving, stock levels, and discrepancies
 • Maintain an organized back-of-house environment
 • Support events, trunk shows, and community outreach efforts
 • Provide direction and support to team members during shifts
 • Act as manager-on-duty in the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Manager

What You Bring


 • 1–2 years of retail or leadership experience preferred
 • Strong guest service and team-oriented mindset
 • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 • Familiarity with POS systems
 • Strong organizational and time management skills
 • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
 • Professional, reliable, and punctual
 • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
 • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
 • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Compensation & Benefits 

 • Hourly rate: $18 – $22 per hour

 • 20–24 hours/week for part-time positions
 • 32–40 hours/week for full-time positions
 • Schedule subject to change based on business needs and events
 • Health benefits available for full-time employees
 • 401(k) eligibility
