We are Cascade Fence and Deck, one of the fastest-growing outdoor living companies in the PNW. We build incredible backyards (fences, decks, patio covers, and saunas), but our real strength is the people behind the work. We’re not your typical contractor. The Role
We’re looking for someone organized, dependable, and eager to learn who can help keep the day-to-day office and accounting tasks running smoothly.

This is a full-time, in-office position supporting the administrative and accounting side of a fast-growing construction company. We care far more about reliability, work ethic, attention to detail, and attitude than having the “perfect” resume. We can train the right person.

What You Will Do

Set up new jobs and vendors in company systems
Enter and maintain QuickBooks records and transactions
Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks
Help process invoices, receipts, and payments
Support new hire setup and onboarding paperwork
Prepare and update job reports
Track and process change orders
Organize and maintain digital and physical records
Assist with general office and administrative support tasks
Help keep paperwork, billing, and project information accurate and up to date

What You Bring

Strong attention to detail
Organized and process-driven mindset
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
High level of accountability and follow-through
QuickBooks or accounting experience is a plus, but not required
Construction industry experience is helpful, but not required

Compensation and Benefits

$20–$35/hour DOE
Full-time position (roughly 8:00 AM–4:00 PM)
