Job Description
Position Title: Busperson
Reports To: Restaurant Manager
Department: Food and Beverage
Shift: Varies
Role: The Busperson plays a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by supporting servers, maintaining table cleanliness and readiness, and ensuring dining areas meet the highest standards of service and presentation. This position assists with resetting tables, replenishing service items, clearing dishware, maintaining beverage stations, and attending to guest needs such as water, coffee, tea, and soft drinks—all in alignment with the luxury standards of the hotel. Adheres to all Company, Safety and Department policies and procedures. Fosters teamwork and provides excellent guest service, anticipates guest needs to exceed guest expectations. Builds brand loyalty by living the JW Marriott Core Values.
