Job Description:

Location: 580 S Havana St, Aurora, CO 80012

Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week (closed on Sunday)

Pay Range: $19.00 - $21.00

What you will do:

  • Service vehicles in a timely manner for routine scheduled maintenance as well as repair electrical, component or mechanical problems as you grow in your skillset and knowledge base.

  • Inspect vehicle engines and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately, and accurately recommend replacement/repair as needed.

  • Efficiently and accurately repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues, maintaining productivity goals.

  • Work closely with Mentors who will support the development of your skills, experience and knowledge as you repair customer vehicles.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience working in a full-service automotive repair shop preferred 

  • The ability to work independently with limited supervision and demonstrate the motivation to continually increase your knowledge & technical skills

  • A positive team player: our company successes have always been built on mature and dedicated teams who love what they do

  • Availability to work retail hours including Saturdays and holidays

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • Clean driving record with minimal accidents, points or moving violations

  • Able to use/learn to use: CRM database, Google Suite and other automotive software products as required
