Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Day and night shifts | Every other weekend required

Shift Options:
7:00am – 3:00pm
3:00pm – 11:00pm
11:00pm – 7:00am

About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at High Point Residence Quincy, you will play a vital role in supporting the health, safety, and overall well-being of our residents. Through compassionate, hands-on care and meaningful daily interactions, you will help enhance the quality of life for those we serve.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active CNA certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a long-term care or senior living setting
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Monitor and accurately record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, etc.)
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents

Skills & Strengths

  • Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to individual resident needs and preferences
  • Bilingual skills and EMR experience are a plus
