SUMMARY
The Community Specialist – Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals participating in aquatic and pool-related activities. Under general supervision, the Lifeguard monitors pool operations, enforces safety regulations, prevents accidents and injuries, and responds appropriately to emergency situations.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 9am-4:30pm + Additional Saturday hours may be required.
COMPENSTATION: $21.00 - $23.00/hour + Industry-Leading Benefits!
