We are looking for a dedicated Dental Assistant who thrives in a positive, team-aligned environment.


Position Details

  • Employment Category: Full-Time

  • Schedule: * Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    • Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Compensation: Competitive; based on experience (DOE)

  • Pay Type: Hourly

  • Benefits: 401(k) Retirement Plan, Paid Time Off (PTO), and Sick Time.


Job Responsibilities

Clinical Assistance & Patient Care

  • Provide high-quality chairside assistance (4-handed dentistry) during examinations and procedures.

  • Prepare patients for treatment, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit.

  • Take and record accurate medical and dental histories.

  • Deliver clear post-treatment instructions and oral hygiene education to patients.

  • Perform dental X-rays and assist with impressions, restorations, and specialized procedures.

Infection Control & Operatory Management

  • Strictly follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment.

  • Sterilize and disinfect all instruments and equipment.

  • Set up and break down operatories efficiently to maintain a smooth patient flow.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all treatment rooms and clinical areas.

Office & Administrative Support

  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining precise patient records.

  • Coordinate treatment planning and support the front office with insurance verification or billing tasks as needed.

  • Monitor and restock inventory to ensure materials are always ready for procedures.


Required & Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification: X-ray Certification is required.

  • Compliance: Strong working knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations.

  • Experience: Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn our specific systems (like same-day restorative workflows) are essential.

  • Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a tight-knit team.
