Reno Orthopedic Center wants you to join the team as a Patient Services Rep! We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated team member to greet and check-in patients at our main location - 555 N Arlington Ave.

What would you do in this role?
You will be the first and last employee our patients would interact with during their time at ROC. You can make patients feel less nervous or scared or make a patient’s day by giving them a warm welcome. Your attention to detail will allow for the correct information be provided to the clinical team and ensure the correct billing is taken care of for the patient. You are essential to facilitating a great patient experience.
