Role Overview

This is a development focused role designed for high potential individuals who are eager to grow into a full Key Account Manager position.

This role provides hands-on exposure to customer management, commercial strategy, and cross functional operations within the Commercial Vehicle segment.

You will start by supporting and managing smaller programs, with a path to owning customer accounts, defining account strategies, and taking on full business and P&L responsibility over time.

This is an opportunity to build a strong foundation in account management and grow into a role with full ownership and commercial responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

1.      Supporting end users by diagnosing and resolving system problems and errors. This may involve Support Key Account Managers  and take ownership of smaller customer programs, including coordination across sales, engineering and operations

2.     Learn and participate in commercial activities such as quoting, pricing, forecasting and pipeline tracking

3.     Coordinate cross functionally to support order execution and issue resolution

4.     Maintain accurate CRM data

5.     Develop capability to manage customer interactions independently

Education and Experience:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

·       0-3 years of experience ( Internship acceptable)

·       Strong communication skills and willingness to interact with customers

·       Basic proficiency in Excel and MS Office

·       Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
