Qualifications

You possess a valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and are able to pass background checks and drug screenings. Current CPR certification and negative TB test results are also required.

In-Home Caregiver (CNA I/II or personal experience) – Immediate Openings
Pay: Starting at $18/hour + overtime opportunities (short shifts up to $25/hour)
Work setting: One-on-one care in clients’ homes

Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- 6+ months professional caregiving experience or family caregiver experience (supporting a loved one) or active CNA I/II certification
- Valid driver’s license and insured personal vehicle (in most areas)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Current CPR certification
- Current negative TB test results
- Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting/incontinence care, meal prep, medication reminders, laundry, and light housekeeping)
- Provide companionship and meaningful, respectful conversation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Demonstrate kindness, professionalism, and reliability on every shift
- Communicate clearly with clients, families, and agency staff
Work location / Service area
Clients are located in Sykesville, Westminster, Frederick, Annapolis, Catonsville, Ellicott City, Columbia, and surrounding Baltimore-area communities.
