SUMMARY OF JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Responsible for providing vacation relief coverage for the following clerical positions:
    • Purchasing/IE Clerk
    • Maintenance Storeroom Clerks
    • Maintenance Office Clerk

  • Responsible for completing the following Purchasing related work when not providing relief:
    • AP related work (resolving invoices, calling vendors to resolve liabilities, balance sheet reconciliation)
    • IE related work (daily enter data labor hours from production team)
    • Mechanical inventory (inventory reconciliation, cycle counts)

  • Responsible for complete additional tasks as assigned by Purchasing manager when not providing relief coverage
  • Must be capable of learning numerous facets of Dold Foods office positions and be able to shift from job to job quickly, without the need for constant re-training to provide coverage.
  • Must be able to enter the plant environment, stand for several hours at a time, including lifting, bending and twisting motions for loads up to 40 pounds.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Ability to easily adapt and consistently move from one job to next, with minimal interaction with supervisor
  • Demonstrated pattern of initiative
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with use of computers, including Microsoft Office (excel, email, etc)
  • Ability to work in production environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in Office type work related field
  • Experience with Oracle Financials, or other AP related system
  • Experience working in a food manufacturing or related environment
  • Experience with perpetual inventory systems
