An established and growing estate planning firm is urgently hiring Part-Time Appointment Setters to support expanding demand in our market. Our representatives need you to keep their calendars full—this is a great opportunity for students, retirees, and experienced professionals who enjoy talking with people and want steady, part-time work in a professional office with room for growth.

This is an on-site, IN-OFFICE ONLY position. No remote options.

What You’ll Do

Call warm leads (retirees who have already expressed interest in estate planning services) using our autodialer
Follow a proven script to qualify prospects and schedule appointments
Set qualified appointments for our field representatives based on location and availability
Accurately document call outcomes and next steps in our system
Professionally handle questions and basic objections using provided training and tools
Contribute to a positive, supportive, team-concept environment

What We’re Looking For

Clear, friendly phone voice and excellent telephone etiquette
Dependable and reliable – shows up ready to work every shift
Able to follow scripts, stay compliant, and remain professional on every call
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in customer service, sales, or appointment setting is a plus (not required)
Comfortable with Windows-based programs and learning new systems
Able to work independently while being a strong team player
Confident communicator with basic negotiating skills

Compensation & Schedule

$15.00 per hour + bonuses
Weekly payroll
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., with possible Saturdays as needed
