Job Description

Pacific Dairy Solutions has immediate job openings for skilled plant maintenance mechanics, responsible for the care and maintenance of all property and production assets. This position ensures the continued operation of machinery and equipment in an electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, pneumatic and hydraulic capacity by completing planned and unplanned maintenance requirements on production, packaging, processing equipment and utility systems.

$30-35/hour, dependent on experience and skillset

Shift

Sunday-Wednesday 5:00am to 5:00pm

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food & beverage preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of technical experience in one or more areas: electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, PLC, HVAC, or computer‑controlled equipment
  • Experience working with a variety of equipment, including lubrication, cleaning, material handling, motor/relay control, process control, and packaging equipment
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to use basic hand tools
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and bend for most of the shift; occasional climbing or balancing
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to work in cold, wet, and moderate to high‑noise environments with possible exposure to fumes, chemicals, or allergens
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
