Job Description

The HQ Administrator ensures the smooth operation and exceptional experience of the company’s office. This role focuses on day-to-day operational execution, office systems, logistics, and supporting the Customer Care Center.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment, including breakrooms, offices, and shared spaces. 
  • Order, restock, and manage office supplies, snacks, drinks, and essentials.
  • Monitor and clean communal areas (fridges, storage) and coordinate minor facilities needs.
  • Handle mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Manage room bookings for meetings and events.
  • Coordinate, set up, and clean up corporate, executive, and offsite lunches.
  • Support the Customer Care Center executives with administrative tasks 
  • Greet employees and visitors; direct phone calls appropriately.
  • Maintain and update operational processes and workflows, implement repeatable systems, and document office standards to ensure efficiency and consistency.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in office administration, operations, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Comfortable coordinating logistics across multiple teams.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve operational issues.
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism in a corporate environment.
  • Ability to drive. Mileage reimbursed.
  • Ability to lift 15 pounds.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
