Position Overview:
The Installation Labor Clerk supports the daily administrative and operational functions of the field operations department. This role is responsible for processing work orders, installer returns, subcontractor paperwork, draw corrections, and system updates related to flooring installation operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with installers, field supervisors, accounting, and internal staff.

Job Duties:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous construction, flooring, installer, or related customer service experience preferred.
