Anticipated Start Date: August 25, 2026

Estimated Pay: $15.00 per hour

Number of Jobs Available: 7

Schedule: Part Time, Monday-Friday

Location: Perkins Student Center, Room 210

About the department / center:

Fraternity and Sorority Leadership & Learning is part of the Division of Student Life, which advances equity and inclusion, deepens student learning and drives holistic development through education, experiences and communities.

Role Description:

The department of Fraternity and Sorority Leadership & Learning is seeking, responsible, motivated undergraduate students to assist with our office’s reception and customer service functions, as well as administrative projects within the office. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Customer service via answering phones, emails, and greeting in-office guests.
  • Keeping office signage up to date.
  • Organizing and receiving mail deliveries.
  • Assisting with form submissions.
  • Completing data-oriented tasks.
  • Representing FSLL at campus-wide programs.
  • Assisting with miscellaneous tasks dependent on staff need.

Hiring Timeline:

Application Review would happen the week of May 18th

Interviews would happen the week of May 26th

Offers Extended during the 1st or 2nd week of June
