Program Overview:

We’re excited to offer the internship opportunity to join our Creative team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to real design projects across packaging, marketing materials, and brand visuals within the beauty industry.
This internship is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, eager to learn in a fast-paced environment, and excited to bring fresh ideas to a collaborative team.

Internship Duration:

• Start Date: June 15, 2026
• End Date: August 14, 2026
• Schedule: Monday ~ Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Friday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
 

• Support the Creative team with day-to-day design tasks and project needs
• Assist in creating packaging mock-ups, presentations, and visual assets
• Prepare and organize design files for internal use and presentations
• Ensure all creative work aligns with established brand guidelines
• Contribute fresh ideas and creative input to team discussions and projects

Mentorship & Learning Opportunities:

You will work closely with the Creative team and gain hands-on exposure to how design concepts are developed and executed within a fast-paced, brand-driven environment. Through day-to-day involvement, you will:

• Learn how to translate creative briefs into visual concepts and assets
• Gain practical experience in packaging design, visual storytelling, and brand execution
• Understand how design supports marketing, product launches, and retail initiatives
• Develop skills in file preparation, presentation building, and design workflows
• Receive feedback and guidance from experienced designers to refine your creative and technical skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for design and aesthetics
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative on hands-on projects
• Familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., generative design, image tools) is a plus
