Utilizing a cutting-edge electrodeposition (E-Coat) paint system, our process includes a black cathodic epoxy E-Coat coupled with an 11-stage zinc-phosphate pretreatment. This combination ensures complete coverage, exceptional adhesion, and a finish that is both durable and aesthetically pleasing. Operating out of two specialized facilities in West Michigan, we have the capacity to finish up to 1,000,000 parts per day.
