Quick Lane Technician – Entry Level to Experienced

Faricy Kia in Colorado Springs is hiring a dependable and motivated Quick Lane Technician to join our busy service department. Whether you already have shop experience or you’re looking to start a career in automotive service, we want to hear from you.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in ther work, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow with a strong dealership team.

Pay - Hourly $19.00 - $20.00 depending on experience

What You’ll Do

• Perform oil and filter changes
• Complete tire rotations, repairs, and wheel alignments
• Inspect and repair brake systems
• Perform fluid exchanges and basic maintenance services
• Complete digital multi-point inspections accurately
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
• Follow dealership and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Automotive maintenance or quick service experience preferred
• Basic tool set is helpful, but not required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work on vehicles throughout the day
