Job Description
Please Note:
We are looking to fill both Part-Time and Full-Time positions, Weekend availability is a must. The pay for this position is $21.50 per hour and may be subject to a $2.00 shift differential after 6PM or Weekends. This position will be supervising participants (clients) and transporting these participants to and from the job site. The job is intended to mainly use an OPARC vehicle but will require the Job Coach to maintain a personal vehicle that is registered, insured, and that can pass an inspection.

Title: JOB COACH
General Statement of Function:
The Job Coach provides direct support, training, and guidance to individuals with disabilities in various employment and vocational settings. This role involves assessing individual strengths and challenges, delivering personalized coaching, and promoting skill development to support successful employment outcomes. The Job Coach collaborates with employers, case managers, and other stakeholders to ensure appropriate accommodations, maintain compliance with service plans, and foster inclusive work environments. Responsibilities also include accurate documentation, safety monitoring, and modeling appropriate workplace behavior to help individuals achieve independence and long-term job retention.
