You have a GED or equivalent and are proficient with Outlook 365 and Excel. You will be responsible for ordering, receiving, and maintaining inventory of parts, communicating with vendors and support teams, and managing shipping and receiving.

Description

Summary:

The parts Coordinator is responsible for ordering and receiving all part orders. Getting ETAs from vendors on parts and communicating with Next-Level Support to communicate this to our guests. Keeping an inventory of all parts that are carried are carried by the parts department. Shipping and receiving Fed-ex. Close service orders that are shipped and complete all Driver instruction talks. Maintain the Parts department and Parts log.  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Shipping and receiving all parts.
  • Closing open service orders when part is shipped.
  • Complete all DI- shops within 24 hours (also log them) 
  • Maintain parts cage.
  • Maintain parts log.
  • Pull parts for service calls.
  • Fill floor request (parts needed by the stores) 
  • Order parts for FCP (3rd party warranty) 
  • Get ETAs from Vendors
  • Communicate ETAs to NLS (Next lever Support) 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not have Supervisory Responsibilities. Reports to Parts Supervisor.

This job operates in a warehouse.
