Shoreline is seeking a motivated Structured Cabling & Installation Technician to support businesses across Michigan, Indiana, and Illinois. This role offers a hands-on work environment with daily variety, unique challenges, and opportunities to work with a wide range of technologies.

You’ll gain experience working with:

• Structured cabling systems
• IT infrastructure installations
• Security systems (doors, cameras)
• Audio and video systems
• Telecommunications equipment

Job Overview

Provide onsite support for structured cabling and equipment installations for a diverse client base. Your primary responsibility will be installing physical equipment and cabling that form the foundation of client technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Install structured cabling and hardware systems onsite
• Assist with deployment of IT and low-voltage systems
• Work with team members to complete projects efficiently
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Ensure installations meet client and company standards

Preferred Experience

• Previous construction or hands-on labor experience
• Experience working with technology or IT systems
• Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience (preferred but not required)

Compensation

• Salary: $31,000 – $45,000 per year
  (Based on experience, skills, and certifications)

• MSP experience: 1 year (Preferred)

• Must be able to commute to Muskegon, MI (49444)
• Must be willing to relocate before starting if not local
