Target Annual Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000, depending on caseload and experience. Your dedication and impact directly translate into greater earning potential.

Location: This position will split between a combination of Elmhurst, IL and Naperville, IL.
At Gracent Pediatric Therapy, we’re seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. You’ll provide personalized, in-clinic therapy through evaluations and individualized treatment plans designed to meet each child’s unique needs, including assessment and treatment for pediatric feeding and swallowing challenges. With 80% of our clients receiving multiple services, this is a truly collaborative, interdisciplinary setting—complete with opportunities for co-treats alongside Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, BCBAs, and Mental Health providers. Your work will empower children to reach their fullest potential and use new skills to thrive in daily life, while you continue to grow your clinical expertise in a supportive environment.
As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, BCBAs, Mental Health Practitioners, and Neuropsychologists. Your responsibilities include:
