Donson is looking for building maintenance/housekeeping personnel. This position is full-time day shift and requires ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace.

Monday – Friday: 8am – 4.30pm

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements

· Ability to lift 50lbs or more

· Must be 18 years or older with valid drivers license

· Ability to work at a fast pace and keep up with several building needs

· Must be a team player and have reliable transportation 

· Previous experience in building maintenance is a plus

Responsibilities

· Daily tasks include: sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, cleaning interior facilities

· Maintain exterior grounds including; litter, summer watering, basic planting

· Removal of trash, scrap metal and debris

· Assist in building related projects including; painting and installation of basic instruments (as needed)

· Perform general cleaning duties

· Checks and reports visible damage to interior/exterior of property or materials

· Monitor and report supply needs

· Have a fantastic attitude and show a willingness to learn

· Other duties as assigned
