Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Blender Operator to join our 2nd shift operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise blending of ingredients to create our signature Lemonade Products. This is a hands- on position in a fast-paced production environment where quality, consistency, and teamwork are key. 

Key responsibilities: 

Measure and prepare ingredients according to batch specifications

Operate and monitor blending machinery and equipment 

Ensure all blend meet quality, consistency and taste standards

Maintain accurate records of blending operations and batch data

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues during production 

Perform mathematical calculations for batch sheets and ingredients ratios 

Follow sanitation protocols and perform cleaning duties as required

Requirements

Technical Requirements – Education, Areas of Knowledge and Experience:

Knowledge of ingredients and blending processes preferred

Experience operating and maintaining production equipment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Basic math skills for measurements and calculations

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements of the Job:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable working in a hot, humid and wet environment
