KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is responsible for maintaining internal reports using Microsoft Office applications and internal systems; creating ad hoc reports; assisting with special project needs of the finance managers. Based on initiative, this position offers the potential for exposure to Logistics Finance and Analytics, a large corporate environment, business planning, and enhancement of computer skills. We expect our interns to:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Incoming junior preferred or senior, or MBA with at least one year of school remaining. If you are pursing further education after your degree, please note this on your resume for full consideration. Accounting or Finance Majors required.
• Experience: Previous work experience in any field.
• Computer Skills: Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Excel and familiarity with Access, Word and PowerPoint.
• Supervisory: None
• Special Skills: Ability to multitask, motivated self-starter, collaborative.

POSITION SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• This role is a year-round opportunity that requires the selected candidate to work 15-20 hours per week during the school year, and as many as 40 hours per week during the summer.
• This role requires the selected candidate to work in office at Tyson Foods’ Springdale Corporate 412 Location.
• Candidate must be within 60 miles of the Tyson Foods’ Springdale Corporate 412 Location.
