Receptionist/Client Service Coordinator

Do you have a passion for delivering superior customer service while being a key player in the essential daily functions of a successful office? Our financial firm West Advisory Group in Erie, PA is looking for a strong Receptionist/Client Service Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for a variety of pertinent tasks, allowing the financial advisor to focus on the continued growth of the business. The ideal candidate will have superior administrative skills, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and enjoy working directly with clients daily. If you are seeking an amazing career opportunity in a fast-paced environment, please apply today!

The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has the desire to work in the financial industry long-term and contribute to the growth of our business. A sharp phone presence and a love for building rapport with our prospects and clients is a must!

What you’ll do:
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly, positive, and warm manner
  • Manage advisors’ calendars, including appointment scheduling and rescheduling
  • Order front office supplies and keep track of inventory
  • Complete and process new client applications
  • Assist clients with issues and account inquiries
  • Maintain the firm’s CRM system through accurate data entry and database management
  • Handle the setup, closure, and transfer of client accounts accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor and track pending service work, ensuring clients receive personalized update calls regarding the progress of their requests
  • Coordinate seminar pre-registration processes and provide onsite assistance during client events
  • Assist the team with various administrative duties and tasks

What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma
  • 1+ years’ experience in a busy office environment
  • Prior experience in the financial industry is a plus
  • Embraces change and adapts quickly to evolving processes
  • Collaborative team player willing to assist others
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills by efficiently managing multiple requests and prioritizing time-sensitive tasks
  • Excellent communication; written and verbal
  • Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Skilled in building strong, trust-based relationships with clients by providing attentive, personalized service and guidance
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently
  • Demonstrates strong integrity and a commitment to ethical conduct, especially when handling confidential client information and financial matters

What You’ll Get:

Pay & Perks:
  • $30k/year - $40k/year based on experience + bonus potential

Schedule:

In office: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Some evenings are required for client events
