As an LNA, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
  • Provide the personal care and support our clients need to live safely at home
  • Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and companionship
  • Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises
  • Document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns
  • Ensure a safe home environment 
A few must-haves for LNA's:
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in NH and VT
  • Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred
  • Valid NH driver’s license and reliable transportation 
  • Compassionate and caring nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
