The Job You Will Perform: 

The Internship is a paid 8-week (40-hour work week) program intended to give students experiences in paper manufacturing. The intention of the internship is to give students hands-on daily maintenance by shadowing pre-selected and trained mentors.  While the students will have some hands-on experience, they will not be permitted to run machinery or lock out/tag out equipment prior to work.
