Compex Legal Services is hiring a Court Reporting Scheduling Specialist to join our team in Torrance. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role focused on scheduling depositions and delivering excellent customer service to clients, court reporters, and vendors.

Who We Are

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule depositions, conference rooms, interpreters, videographers, and Zoom links

• Manage a call queue and return client messages within one hour

• Send confirmations/cancellations and prepare Court Reporting Packets

• Recruit and coordinate court reporters and vendors nationwide, including negotiating rates

• Maintain reporter/vendor coverage lists by city and state

• Enter updates into the RB database within 24 hours with accuracy

• Manage client profiles and orders through the RB9 website

• Escalate issues and complaints promptly and professionally

• Support additional projects as needed
